The ingredients of the Fried rice are very simple: oil,rice,eggs,scallion,some shelled fresh shrimps and ham. But our great cook will make them a wonderful art, a bowl of Yangzhou Fried rice. With its tasty colours, you can`t resist its unique attraction. Just have s spoon,you`ll never forget its fantastic taste. Yesterday, my friend, a Chinese student, shared me a popular snack which could be easily found at night markets or hawker stands of China. It is mainly made of fermented Tofu and has a strong odor. Therefore, it gets the name "Stinky tofu". In Chinese people call it "Chou doufu".

Its flavor is surprisingly mild, despite its odor. It is said that the worse it smells, the better it tastes. If you like blue cheese, you may like this tofu as well.

Originated in the Qing Dynasty, stinky toufu gradually spread from China to the world in different types. But the fried stinky tofu in Changsha and Shaoxinghe are always the most famous and classic types. The Chairman Zhu in China had been there and highly praised it.

I still remember the first time I ate Risotto. That was one of my best friends who treated me at an Italian restaurant. From than on, I've been in love with Risotto. It is a pity that I can't go to that restaurant for Risotto too frequently, because I can't afford it. Therefore, I try to cook it by myself. After a long time's failure, I made it.
