I still remember the first time I ate Risotto. That was one of my best friends who treated me at an Italian restaurant. From than on, I've been in love with Risotto. It is a pity that I can't go to that restaurant for Risotto too frequently, because I can't afford it. Therefore, I try to cook it by myself. After a long time's failure, I made it.
